مقدمه: در نظام جامع تربیت دینی، اهتمام به تربیت اجتماعی کودکان، علاوه بر اینکه مبتنی بر ماهیت اجتماعی دین مبین اسلام است، در بسیاری از موارد، لازمه تربیت شایسته متربی در سایر ابعاد وجودی وی نیز می‌باشد. این پژوهش بر آن است تا با ضروری دانستن حضور فقه در عرصه تعلیم و تربیت ( فقه تربیتی)، بخش‌هایی از احکام و وظایف و مسئولیت‌های والدین در حیطه تربیت اجتماعی فرزند را، به‌صورت یک مجموعه‌ی نظام‌مند و متقن، با ادبیاتی روان و غیرتخصصی به مخاطبان عمومی، به‌ویژه والدین و مربیان و متولیان امر تعلیم و تربیت عرضه و وظایف والدین در تربیت اجتماعی کودکان را بیان کند.
روش پژوهش: روش این پژوهش روش تحلیلی و استنباطی است و از منابع معتبر فقهی شامل آیات و روایات مرتبط استفاده‌شده است.
یافته‌ها: تدابیر والدین در روش‌های تعلیم و تربیت کودکان در حیطه تربیت اجتماعی، مشمول موضوع علم فقه بوده و باید احکام شرعی آن به شیوه متعارف فقهی بررسی و در گام بعدی به‌درستی اجرایی  شود.
نتیجه گیری: استفاده مربیان از روش‌های الگویی، تکریم و بازی با کودکان، حداقل رجحان و استحباب است. از این رو والدین به‌منظور ایجاد شرایط مناسب برای تربیت اجتماعی کودکان از روش‌های مذکور استفاده کنند. البته چنانچه بی اعتنایی به تأمین زمینه های رشد اجتماعی کودک موجب اضرار به آن‌ها شود، انجام اقدامات تمهیدی الزامی است.

Abstract
Introduction: In the comprehensive system of religious education, paying attention to the social education of children, besides being based on the social nature of the religion of Islam, in many cases, it is necessary to educate the teacher properly in other aspects of his existence as well. This research aims to present to the audience parts of the rulings and duties and responsibilities of parents in the field of social education of the child, in the form of a systematic and comprehensive collection, with a fluent and non-specialist literature The general public, especially parents and educators and guardians of education, should state the duties of parents in the social education of children.
Research method: The method of this research is an analytical and inferential method, and reliable jurisprudential sources, including related verses and narrations, have been used.
Findings: Parents' measures in the methods of children's education in the field of social education are included in the subject of jurisprudence and its Shariah rulings should be examined in the conventional jurisprudential manner and properly implemented in the next step.
Conclusion: The teachers' use of model methods, honoring and playing with children, is at least preferred and desirable. Therefore, parents should use the mentioned methods in order to create suitable conditions for children's social education. Of course, if neglecting to provide the child's social development grounds causes harm to them, it is mandatory to take preventive measures.
