چکیده

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر پیش بینی کیفیت زندگی زناشویی براساس آسیب کودکی و وضعیت اجتماعی- اقتصادی زنان متأهل بود.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل افراد مراجعه کننده به خانه‌های سلامت شهر تهران در سال 1399 بود که از میان آن‌ها 320 نفر واجد شرایط، به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس به مطالعه وارد شدند. در پژوهش حاضر در گام اول انتخاب مناطق به صورت تصادفی بود و در گام آخر افراد به صورت در دسترس و برخط انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه آسیب کودکی (برنستاین و همکاران، 1994)، پرسشنامه وضعیت اجتماعی- اقتصادی قدرت نما و همکاران (1392) و مقیاس سازگاری زناشویی، (فرم تجدید نظر شده باسبی و همکاران، 1995) بود. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیری، نرم افزارهای SPSS-24 تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: در پژوهش حاضر، ضریب رگرسیون آسیب جسمانی با کیفیت زندگی زناشویی در سطح 01/0 معنادار بود (331/0-=β، 001/0=P). ضریب رگرسیون وضعیت اجتماعی- اقتصادی با کیفیت زندگی زناشویی در سطح 01/0 معنادار بود (175/0=β، 027/0=P).
نتیجه‌گیری: به زوج درمانگران پیشنهاد می‌شود در جلسات زوج درمانی تروماهای زوجین را مدنظر قرار دهند. براساس یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش حاضر لزوم ارتقای درآمد افراد در خانواده که موجب ارتقای پایگاه اقتصادی- اجتماعی می‌گردد، پیشنهاد می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The aim of this study was to predict the quality of marital life based on childhood trauma and socio-economic status of married women.
Method: The research method was correlational type and the statistical population of the study was the people referred to health centers in Tehran in 2020, of which by random cluster sampling 320 eligible people were included in the study. In the present study in the first phase Districts were selected randomly and participants were selected using online and convenient sampling. Research tools include Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (Bernstein et al., 1994), Socio-Economic Questionnaire (Ghodratnama et al., 2013) and Revised Dyadic Adjustment Scale by Busby et al. (1995). Research data were analyzed using multivariate regression analysis by SPSS-24 software.
Results: In this study, the regression coefficient of physical trauma with marital quality of life was significant at the level of 0.01 (β=-0.331, P=0.001). The regression coefficient of socio-economic status with marital quality of life was significant at the level of 0.01 (β=0.175, P=0.027).
Conclusion: Couples therapists are advised to consider the couple's trauma in couple therapy sessions. Based on the findings of the present study, the need to increase the income of individuals in the family, which promotes socio-economic status, is suggested.
