مقایسۀ اثربخشی دو رویکرد مبتنی بر درمان پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) و واقعیت درمانی بر معنای زندگی زنان سرپرست خانوار تحت پوشش کمیته امداد

چکیده

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر مقایسۀ اثربخشی دو رویکرد مبتنی بر درمان پذیرش و تعهد و واقعیت‌درمانی بر معنای زندگی زنان سرپرست خانوار تحت پوشش کمیته امداد بود.
روش پژوهش: طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون - پیگیری و گروه کنترل بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش زنان سرپرست خانوار کمیته امداد شهرستان شبستر به تعداد 153 نفر بودند، از این تعداد 30 نفر بر اساس نمره خط برش پرسشنامه معنای زندگی، با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس افراد مورد مطالعه انتخاب شد و در دو گروه آزمایشی (مبتنی بر درمان پذیرش و تعهد و گروه واقعیت‌درمانی) یک گروه کنترل به ‌صورت تصادفی قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه معنای زندگی استگر و همکاران (2006) بود. در این پژوهش تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با آزمون تحلیل واریانس آمیخته انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که دو رویکرد مبتنی بر درمان پذیرش و تعهد و واقعیت‌درمانی به‌طور معناداری باعث افزایش معنای زندگی زنان می‌شود (01/0P≤). همچنین مقایسۀ اثربخشی دو گروه نشان داد که بین اثربخشی روش درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و واقعیت‌درمانی بر معنای زندگی زنان سرپرست خانوار تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد (29/0P=).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده می‌توان از رویکردهای درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و واقعیت درمانی، برای بهبود معنای مراجعان استفاده کرد

زنان سرپرست خانواراز آسیب پذیرترین افراد جامعه هستند پس مطالعه و بررسی الگوی زندگی و مشکلات آنان رسالتی است که بر دوش تک تک مسئولان و مصلحان اجتماعی است که دغدغه کمک به هنموعان خود را دارند. بنابراین انتظار می رود تمام افراد توانا و سازمان های حمایتی و غیردولتی برای توانمدسازی این زنان در ابعاد مختلف، بخصوص روان شناختی، تلاش کرده تا سطح کیفی زندگی این زنان و فرزندانشان افزایش یابد. در این راستا، مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که مداخلات درمانی مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و واقعیت درمانی از راهبردهای درمانی اثربخش برای بهبود معنای زندگی در زنان سرپرست خانواده کمیته امداد است. از این رو، این دورویکرد درمانی در مراکز مختلف اعم از بهزیستی، کمیته امداد و همه مراکزی که در حوزه مشاوره و سلامت این گروه از زنان فعالیت دارند، به شدت پیشنهاد می شود.

Aim: The meaning of life in women supervisors under the auspices of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation is important due to their special circumstances .The purpose of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of two approaches based on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and reality therapy based 0n the life of female-headed households under the auspices of the Relief Committee.
Method: The designof the present studywas quasi-experimental with pre-test-post-test-follow-up and control group. The statistical population of the study was 153 women heads of households of Shabestareh city relief committee, out of which 30 people who had low scores in the meaning of Estger life test were selected by available sampling method and randomly divided into two experimental groups (based on admission and commitment therapy and reality therapy group). Mixed analysis of variance was performed to analyze the data
.results: According to the results obtained the approach based on acceptance and commitment therapy and reality therapy significantly increases the meaning of women's lives (P≤0.01). Also the comparison of the effectiveness of the two groups showed that there is no significant difference between the effectiveness of ACT therapy and reality therapy in terms of life of female-headed households. The results emphasize the importance and application of ACT therapeutic approach andreality therapy on the meaning of life and there is no significant difference between the effectiveness of the two approaches (P = 0.29).
