چکیده

مقدمه: یکی از مشکلات افراد بعد از ازدواج، خودمتمایزسازی پایین آنهاست، بطوری که این افراد هنوز به طور عاطفی برای روابط صمیمی جهت دستیابی به بلوغ بهینه با دیگران مشکل دارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، پیشبینی خودمتمایزسازی بر اساس مدل های ارتباطی خانواده و تیپهای شخصیتی زنان متاهل بود.
روش پژوهش: جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل همه زنان متاهل مراجعهکننده به فرهنگسرای شهرداری شهر مشهد در سال 1399 بود، که حدود 460 نفر بودند. روش نمونهگیری پژوهش در دسترس و بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 210 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. نمونه مورد نظر به سه پرسشنامه مدل های ارتباطی خانواده ریتچی و فیتزپاتریک، فرم تجدیدنظر شده پرسشنامه پنج عاملی شخصیت نئو و خودمتمایزسازی (DSI) پاسخ دادند. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها در این پژوهش از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که بین مدلهای ارتباطی خانواده و تیپهای شخصیتی با خودمتمایزسازی در زنان متاهل رابطه وجود دارد. در واقع مدل ارتباطی گفت و شنود خانواده (001/0P< )، برون گرایی، باز بودن و سازگاری (05/0P< ) با خودمتمایزسازی در زنان متاهل، رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارند. دو مدل ارتباطی همنوایی و شخصیت روان رنجور با خودمتمایزسازی دارای رابطه منفی و معناداری دارند. همچنین از بین مدلهای ارتباطی خانواده و تیپهای شخصیتی، ابعاد همنوایی و گفت و شنود، باز بودن، سازگاری و باوجدان بودن، خودمتمایزسازی را پیشبینی میکنند، اما روانرنجور خویی و برونگرایی قابلیت پیشبینی معنادار خودمتمایزسازی را نداشتند.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش میتوان چنین برداشت نمود که زنان متاهلی که همنوایی و گفت و شنود بیشتری در خانواده آنها وجود دارد، همچنین گشودگی، سازگاری و باوجدان بودن بیشتر در آنها دیده میشود، به احتمال بیشتری خودمتمایزسازی داشته اند. لذا مدلهای ارتباطی مطلوب در خانواده و تیپهای شخصیتی سازگارانه تر افراد، با خودمتمایزسازی بیشتر افراد همراه خواهد بود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The aim of this study was to predict self-differentiation based on family communication models and personality types of married women
Method: The statistical population of this study includes all women in Mashhad. Among the married women who referred to the municipal cultural centers, which were about 460 people, which were by cluster sampling method and based on Krejcie and Morgan table 210 People were selected as a sample. They answered three questionnaires of family communication models, personality types and self-differentiation. In order to analyze the data of this study, descriptive statistics of mean and variance and inferential statistics of Pearson correlation coefficient and regression were used
Results: The results showed that there is a relationship between family communication models and personality types with self-differentiation in married women. In fact, the communication model of family dialogue, extraversion, openness and adaptation to self-differentiation in married women have a positive and significant relationship.
Conclusion: The two communication models of conformity and neurotic personality have a negative and significant relationship with self-differentiation. Also, among the communication models of family and personality types, the dimensions of conformity and dialogue, openness, adaptability and conscientiousness predict self-differentiation, but neuroticism and extroversion are predictable. They do not have a meaningful nose of self-differentiation.
