چکیده

مقدمه: مردان متاهل مبتلا به سرطان، در کنار مقابله با بیماری، ممکن است با مشکلات مالی و شغلی بسیاری نیز مواجهه شوند که منجر به طیف گسترده ای از هیجانات منفی ‌شود از این رو اهمیت پژوهش در زمینه دلبستگی شغلی در آنها از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف جزء پژوهش‌های کاربردی و از لحاظ روش از نوع مطالعات همبستگی است. جامعۀ پژوهش شامل کلیه مردان متاهل مبتلا به سرطان که در نیمه دوم سال 1401 به بیمارستان امام حسین شهر تهران مراجعه کردند، بود که به صورت در دسترس 250 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه دلبستگی شغلی (1984)، پرسشنامه حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده (۱۹۹۷)، پرسشنامه تعارض کار-خانواده (۱۹۹۶) و پرسشنامه سرمایه‌های روانشناختی (2004) بود. این پژوهش، توسط رگرسیون همزمان بررسی شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد هر کدام از متغیرهای حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده، سرمایه‌های روانشناختی به ترتیب 27 و 57 درصد دلبستگی شغلی را بصورت مثبت و معنادار (01/0p˂) و متغیر تعارض کار-خانواده 32 درصد از دلبستگی شغلی را بصورت منفی و معنادار (01/0p˂) پیش ‌بینی کند. همچنین هر سه متغیر پیش‌بین به طور همزمان قادر به پیش‌بینی دلبستگی شغلی به میزان 77 درصد در مردان متأهل مبتلا به سرطان می‌باشد (01/0p˂).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه می‌شود هر سه متغیر پیش‌بین، نقشی کلیدی در دلبستگی شغلی دارد؛ بنابراین می‌توان راهکارهایی به منظور بهبود دلبستگی شغلی در بین مردان متأهل مبتلا به سرطان با در نظر گرفتن نقش حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده، تعارض کار-خانواده و سرمایه‌های روانشناختی ارائه نمود.

Introduction: Married men with cancer, in addition to dealing with the disease, may also face many financial and occupational problems, which lead to a wide range of negative emotions, hence the importance of research in the field of occupational attachment in them It has
Research method: In terms of the purpose, the current research is a part of applied research, and in terms of method, it is a type of correlational study. The research population included all married men with cancer who referred to Imam Hossein Hospital in Tehran in the second half of 1401, and 250 of them were selected as a sample. The tools of this research included job attachment questionnaire (1984), perceived organizational support questionnaire (1997), work-family conflict questionnaire (1996) and psychological capital questionnaire (2004). This research was analyzed by simultaneous regression.
Findings: The findings showed that each of the variables of perceived organizational support, psychological capitals, respectively 27 and 57% of job attachment positively and significantly (p<0.01) and work-family conflict variable 32% of predict job attachment negatively and significantly (p<0.01). Also, all three predictive variables are simultaneously able to predict job attachment to the extent of 77% in married men with cancer (p˂0.01).
Conclusion: it is concluded that all three predictor variables have a key role in job attachment; Therefore, it is possible to provide solutions to improve job attachment among married men with cancer by considering the role of perceived organizational support, work-family conflict, and psychological capital.
