رابطه شخصیت، سازگاری و نشخوار خشم با افسردگی در دختران نوجوان

چکیده

مقدمه: در هر جامعه‌ای کودکان و نوجوانان سرمایه‌های بالقوه جامعه بوده و سلامت روانی آن‌ها حایز اهمیت است. بیماری‌های روانی سبب اختلال در عملکرد شغلی و اجتماعی و پیشرفت تحصیلی افراد می‌گردد و با به کارگیری راهکارهای لازم به میزان زیادی قابل کنترل است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه صفات شخصیت، سازگاری و نشخوار خشم با افسردگی در دختران نوجوان بود.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش نوع توصیفی و همبستگی و جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه این پژوهش دانش آموزان نوجوان دبیرستانی دختر 4 ناحیه آموزش و پرورش کرج در سال 1396 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری خوشه‌‌‌ای چند مرحله‌‌‌ای، از میان آن­ها تعداد 300 دانش آموز انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه افسردگی کودکان (کواکس، 1979)؛ پرسشنامه خشم کودکان و نوجوانان (نیلسون، 2000)؛ پرسشنامه سازگاری دانش آموزان مدارس (سینها و سینگ، 2013) و پرسشنامه شخصیتی (آیزنک، 1974) بود. جهت تحلیل داده­ها از روش همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد.
یافته ­ها: در پژوهش حاضر رابطه صفات شخصیت برون­گرایی با افسردگی منفی (165/0-=r، 01/0>P) و روان­رنجورخویی (440/0=r، 01/0>P) و روان­پریش­گرایی (219/0=r، 01/0>P) با افسردگی مثبت، ناسازگاری با افسردگی مثبت (490/0=r، 01/0>P) و نشخوار خشم با افسردگی مثبت  (341/0=r، 01/0>P) بود.
نتیجه ­گیری: صفات ناسازگارانه شخصیت نه تنها موجب ناسازگاری و واکنش­های خشمگینانه در دختران در موقعیت­های آشفتگی­برانگیز می­شود بلکه افسردگی را برای آن­ها در پی دارد.

Abstract
Introduction: In each society, children and teenagers are potential social capitals and their mental health is important. Mental disorders disrupt the job and social performance and the academic achievement of people and it is highly controllable by applying the necessary solutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between personality, adjustment and anger rumination with depression in female adolescent.
Method: The research method was descriptive and correlational, and the statistical population of this study was high school female students of 4th educational district of Karaj in 1396, using a multi-stage cluster sampling method, among them 300 students were selected. The study tools were Children's Depression Inventory (Kovacs, 1979); Children's Inventory of Anger (Nelson, 2000); Adjustment Inventory for School Students (Sinha & Singh, 2013) and Personality Questionnaire (Eysenck, 1974).
Results: In the present study, the relationship between extraversion personality trait with depression (r=-0.165, P<0.01) was negative and neuroticism (r=0.440, P<0.01) and psychoticism (r=0.219, P<0.01) with depression were positive and anger rumination with depression (r = 0.341, P) was positive.
Conclusion: The maladaptive personality trait cause not only inconsistency and angry reactions in females in distressed situations, but also depression for them.
