الگوی معلم کارآمد از منظر سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش

چکیده

چکیده:
مقدمه: معیارهای معلم کارآمد و دارای صلاحیت و شایستگی، متناسب به فلسفه تعلیم و تربیت و اهداف هر جامعه‌ای مشخص می‌شود. در نظام تعلیم و تربیت جمهوری اسلامی ایران، سند تحول بنیادین آموزش، ملاک و راهنمای تصمیم­گیری‌های اساسی برای هدایت، راهبردی، نظارت و ارزشیابی نظام تعلیم و تربیت رسمی عمومی است. هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگوی معلم کارآمد از منظر سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش بوده است.
روش پژوهش: روش تحقیق، کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوا بوده است و مولفه‌های معلم کارآمد از سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش استخراج و ارائه شده است.
یافته ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داده است، بر اساس سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش، معلم کارآمد باید در سه زمینه، باور و نگرش، توانایی و شایستگی و عملکرد و رفتار، دارای ویژگی‌هایی باشد. در زمینه باور و نگرش، معلم کارآمد دارای 15 ویژگی نظیر، اعتقاد به جایگاه قرآن و سیره معصومین (علیهم السلام) و  نقش تربیتی اماکن مذهبی و زیارتی در تعلیم و تربیت، باور به نقش انقلاب اسلامی و اندیشه‌های امام خمینی (ره)، پایبندی به قانون اساسی، نگاه هنری و زیباشناسانه به آفریده‌های الهی، توجه به ویژگی‌های فطری ‌دانش‌آموزان است.
نتیجه گیری: معلم کارآمد باید دارای 25 توانایی و شایستگی نظیر، شایستگی‌های اعتقادی، عبادی، اخلاق اسلامی، کرامت ذاتی، جایگاه اجتماعی و فرهنگی مورد پذیرش جامعه، شخصیت متعادل و سالم و نقدپذیر، آشنا با فلسفه تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی و ساحت‌های شش‌گانه آموزش و پرورش، دارای سواد رسانه‌ای و مهارت‌های فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، مهارت‌های پژوهش و توانایی تولید محتوای آموزشی باشد.

چکیده [English]

Abstract
Introduction: The criteria of an efficient and competent teacher are determined in accordance with the philosophy of education and the goals of each society. In the education system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the document of fundamental change in education is the criterion and guide for basic decisions to guide, strategize, monitor and evaluate the general formal education system.
 The institution of education and training in any society can be the center of development and growth of that society, because the scope of the activity of this institution includes all areas of life, especially that it covers the growth of students in different dimensions for fourteen years (four to eighteen years old) puts. After the victory of the Islamic revolution, education needed fundamental transformation for various reasons, including the need to establish the basis of Islamic education philosophy, to coordinate with the rapid movement and rapid social changes, and to take advantage of the successful educational experiences of the present era in order to be able to have a function in accordance with Islamic and revolutionary principles. On the other hand, following the demand of the wise leader of the Revolution, that fundamental transformation in education is necessary, relying on the philosophy of Iranian Islamic education and avoiding imported and imitation models, therefore, policy-making institutions in the field of education in Iran have made many efforts in this direction. They did, and one of the most fundamental of them in recent years is the compilation of the "fundamental transformation document of education in the Islamic Republic of Iran".
Research methods: The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the productivity and improvement in education in line with the six systems of the fundamental transformation document and was carried out in a descriptive and content analysis method.
Findings: The results indicate that in the document on the fundamental transformation of education in the Islamic Republic of Iran, in the topic of the six sub-systems, special attention has been paid to the discussion of the necessity and solutions of transformation and productivity in education, with an emphasis on the philosophy of Islamic education and different dimensions of this issue have been examined and carefully considered.
Conclusion: An efficient teacher must have 25 abilities and competences such as religious competence, devotional competence, Islamic ethics, inherent dignity, social and cultural position accepted by the society, a balanced and healthy and critical personality, familiar with the philosophy of Islamic education and the six fields of education and education, have media literacy and information and communication technology skills, research skills and the ability to produce educational content.

Introduction:

The purpose of this study is to design an efficient teacher model from the perspective of the document of fundamental change and has been breeding.

Content analysis is a research method that is used to objectively, systematically and quantitatively describe the apparent content of communication messages. This method was first used in communication sciences and is currently widely used in media analysis. In recent years, this method of research has been used in other sciences, including nursing. Review method: Considering the importance of this method in nursing and the lack of Persian sources, this review study aims to clarify and explain the dimensions, definitions, the classifications, principles and conceptual foundations of this method have been done using domestic and foreign books and articles. Findings: According to most experts, content analysis is a research method that is used to express certain concepts or words in a text or a set of texts is used. Some also consider it a method of data analysis. The text can include books, chapters or chapters of a book, writings, interviews, conversations, headlines and press articles and historical documents. By using content analysis, the researcher analyzes the existence of concepts and connections between words or concepts and draws conclusions about the messages in the text, its author, audience, and even the culture and time period of the work.

Transformation in the education system is a scientific subject based on broad theoretical foundations that are related to the entire education system. And it is related to other topics such as change, reform, innovation and promotion. Transformation requires new thinking in redefining ideals, goals, the results and achievements of education are through the establishment of a precise, scientific and philosophical system based on the national and religious identity of the country it becomes possible.

The end point itself means the transformation in the educational system and on the other hand, it can be done with the transformation of theoretical approaches and redefinition of ideals and

The achievements of the educational system lead to change, reform and innovation so that the educational system can be improved. Transformation in education based on innovation, participation and competition and application of education and provision

It is based on new national needs and the use of global achievements. Since one of the important goals of education is to pay attention to the teacher and

It is necessary to create a suitable space for it, it is necessary for the transformation to start with teachers and teachers as education policy makers with knowing and understanding the stages of development, strengths and weaknesses, individual differences, needs and desires of students to change their behavior do the workers of the education and training system should have a more comprehensive and realistic view of the concept of transformation and consider it as a necessity and towards the system do not insist on existing training. Because according to the scientific and educational developments in today's world, there are changes in education in terms of content.

It is necessary and necessary to pay attention to the fact that the reformed system is a system in which students are educated spiritually, politically. Iintroduces cultural, social, artistic, scientific, professional, technological and health issues

Research method:

The research method was a qualitative content analysis and the components of an efficient teacher were extracted and presented from the document of fundamental change in education. Belief and attitude, ability and competence, performance and behavior, have characteristics. In the field of belief and attitude, an efficient teacher has 15 characteristics such as believing in the position of the Quran and the manners of the infallibles (PBUH) and the educational role of religious and pilgrimage places in education, believing in the role of the Islamic Revolution and the thoughts of Imam Khomeini. Adherence to the constitution, artistic and aesthetic view of divine creations, attention to the innate characteristics of students. An effective teacher must have 25 abilities and competencies such as, religious competencies, devotion, Islamic ethics, inherent dignity, social and cultural status accepted by society, balanced, healthy and critical personality, familiar with the philosophy of Islamic education and six areas of education And have media literacy and ICT skills, research skills and the ability to produce educational content. From the perspective of the Fundamental Transformation Document, the model of performance and behavior of an efficient teacher has 40 characteristics. Some of these functions and behaviors are: providing honest and insightful model behavior, happy and cheerful behavior, and responsibility and promoting responsibility in students;

Conclusion; Establishing favorable human relations with colleagues; Guiding students in accordance with the philosophy of Islamic education and paying attention to Islamic-Iranian identity in dealing with students and using the role of religious institutions in the process of education; Transcendence of rich Islamic-revolutionary culture; Providing the ground for students to acquire basic competence, teaching life skills and legality and ethics to students.
