بررسی مقایسه‌ای اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی هیجان محور و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر صمیمیت زوجین ناسازگار

چکیده

مقدمه: یکی از علل اصلی طلاق ناسازگاری زوجین است بنابراین طراحی و اجرای مداخلات مؤثر بر کاهش ناسازگاری زوجین می‌تواند نقش پیشگیری‌کننده از این معضل اجتماعی داشته باشند بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی هیجان محور و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر صمیمیت زوجین ناسازگار صورت گرفت.
روش پژوهش: در این مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی از میان مراجعه‌کنندگان به مرکز مشاوره خانواده شهر تربت‌جام تعداد 24 زوج ناسازگار روش هدفمند بر اساس معیارهای ورود به مطالعه انتخاب و در سه گروه به‌صورت تصادفی جایگزین شدند. گروه اول (8 زوج) که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد را دریافت کردند، گروه دوم (8 زوج) که زوج‌درمانی هیجان محور را دریافت می‌کردند و گروه سوم که گروه گواه بود (8 زوج) و در بازه زمانی مطالعه هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. هر سه گروه قبل و بعد از مداخله با پرسشنامه‌ استاندارد صمیمیت باگاروزی ارزیابی شدند. داده‌های به دست آمده در نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS20 با روش‌های آماری توصیفی و کوواریانس تجزیه تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از این بود که زوج‌درمانی هیجان محور و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر میزان صمیمیت اثربخشی معناداری داشتند (05/0<P). مقایسه دو گروه زوج‌درمانی هیجان محور و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد نشان داد این دو گروه از نظر اثربخشی تفاوت معناداری دارند و اثربخشی گروه هیجان مدار بر صمیمیت بیشتر از گروه درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بود (05/0<P).
نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت زوج‌درمانی هیجان محور و درمان مبنی بر پذیرش و تعهد برافزایش صمیمیت زوجین ناسازگار اثربخش هستند. در جهت افزایش صمیمت زوجین زوج‌درمانی هیجان محور اثربخشی بیشتر دارد؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود با توجه به اهداف درمانی ترکیبی از رویکردها مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.

Introduction: Incompatibility leads to negative outcomes for couples and family members. Therefore, this study aims to compare the effectiveness of emotion-focused couple therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy in marital intimacy. There was confusion and intimacy between incompatible couples.
Methods: In this quasi experimentl study among couples reffered to family therapy center of Torbat-jam cituy, 24 incompatible couples selected through purposive methods based on inclusion criteria and randomly replaced in three groups. The first group (8 couples) who received acceptance and commitment treatment, the second group (8 couples) who received emotion-focused couple's therapy, and the third group who was the control group (8 couples) did not receive any intervention during the study period. All three groups evaluated before and after the intervention with standard questionnaire of Bagarozi intimacy. Descriptive statistics and covariance analyzed.
Results: The results showed that emotion-based couple therapy and therapy based on acceptance and commitment had a significant effect on intimacy (P <0.05). Comparison of two groups of emotion-focused couple therapy and therapy based on acceptance and commitment showed that these two groups are significantly different in terms of effectiveness on the intimacy (P <0.05). Emotion-focused couple therapy showed higher effectiveness than acceptance and commitment therapy.
Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that emotion-focused couple therapy, acceptance, and commitment therapy are effective in increasing intimacy of incompatible couples. It is recommended to use a combination of approaches according to therapeutic goals.
