مقایسه عزت‌نفس، سلامت روان و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی در مادران کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی و عادی شهر رشت

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه عزت‌نفس، سلامت روان و بهزیستی روانشناختی در مادران کودکان عادی و مادران و کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش علی ـ مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل مادران کودکان 7 تا 12 ساله کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر مدرسه خزائلی رشت و مادران کودکان عادی مدرسه دولتی شهر رشت در سال 96-95 بوده است. آزمودنی‌ها شامل 80 نفر از مادران کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و بر اساس تعدادنمونه ها در مقالات مختلف ، با80 نفر از مادران کودکان عادی به شیوه همتاسازی (براساس سن و سطح تحصیلات) انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه عزت‌نفس روزنبرگ و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی (GHQ-28) و پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی 18 سوالی ریف استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی از جمله تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره و تک‌متغیره استفاده شد.
نتایج: بین عزت‌نفس و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی مادران کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی و مادران عادی تفاوت معنادار وجود داشت (05/0 < P). اما بین سلامت روان مادران کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی و مادران عادی تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (05/0 ≥ P).
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد عزت‌نفس و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی مادران کودکان کم توان ذهنی در مراقبت وآموزش این کودکان به خطر می افتد .

Objective: This study aimed to compare self-esteem, mental health and psychological well-being in mothers of normal children and mothers of educable mentally retarded children.
Methods: The research method was causal-comparative.
Methods: The study population consisted of all mothers of normal and educable mentally retarded children with the age range of 7 to 12 years old in Rasht in 2016-2017. Subjects were 80 mothers of mentally retarded children selected using available sampling method and based on the numbers of samples in different articles with 80 mothers of normal children in a matched method (based on age and educational level). To collect data, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28) and Reef 18-items psychological well-being questionnaire were used. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics such as multivariate and one-way variance analysis were used to analyze the data.
Results: The findings of the study showed a significant difference between self-esteem and psychological well-being of mothers of mentally retarded and normal children (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference between mental health of mothers of mentally retarded and normal children (P ≥0.05).
Conclusion:
It seems that the self-esteem and psychological well-being of mothers of mentally retarded children are endangered in the care and education of these children
