اثر بخشی برنامه درسی دوره ابتدایی مبتنی بر مهارتهای زندگی یونسکو و آمادگی جسمانی بر ارتقا بهداشت و سلامت خانواده

چکیده

 مقدمه: در جامعه امروزی برای رسیدن به سطح مطلوب بهداشت و سلامت خانواده لازم است به آموزش­های مفید و مؤثر برای دانش آموزان در مقطع ابتدایی توجه گردد.پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی برنامه درسی دوره ابتدایی مبتنی بر آمادگی جسمانی و مهارت­های زندگی یونسکو بر ارتقاء بهداشت و سلامت خانواده در جامعه  طراحی و اجرا گردید.
روش پژوهش:  به تعداد 125نمونه دانش آموزان تصادفی در دسترس و هدفمند، از  دانش آموزان ابتدایی استان البرز شهر کرج انتخاب شده و پژوهش از نوع ترکیبی(کیفی وکمی) بوده است، در بخش کیفی برای تدوین پرسشنامه­ها و اهداف از روش تحلیل محتوا، نظرات صاحب­نظران و مطالعه ادبیات پیشینه استفاده گردید. در بخش کمی با استفاده از کمی کردن داده­ها واطلاعات و در بخش اجرا  از روش شبه آزمایشی استفاده  شده است. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با روایی و اعتبار مناسب  استفاده گردیده است.
یافته ها: نتیجه پژوهش نشان داد که استفاده از آموزش ترکیبی مبتنی بر مهارت­های زندگی یونسکو و آمادگی جسمانی درانگیزه یادگیری و علاقمند نمودن فراگیران تأثیر مثبت داشته است.همچنین نتایج اجرا حاکی از آن بود که ارتباط مؤثر بین یادگیری دانش آموزان،علاقمندی به ورزش و داشتن جسم سالم در آنان افزایش یافته است و در پی آن آرامش روانی، سلامت و بهداشت خانواده­ها نیز ارتقا یافته است.
نتیجه گیری: بر این یافته ها به متصدیان امر پیشنهاد می­گردد در تألیف کُتب درسی؛ در بخش اهداف و محتوا با در نظر گرفتن نیازهای فراگیران از فعالیت­ها و آموزش­های تلفیقی مبتنی بر مهارت­های زندگی یونسکو و آمادگی جسمانی استفاده نموده و نسبت به آموزش معلمان و خانواده­ها اهتمام ورزند.

Introduction: In today's society, in order to achieve the desired level of family health, it is necessary to pay attention to useful and effective education for primary school students. Family health promotion in the community was designed and implemented.
Method:  A total of 125 randomly available and purposeful students were selected from primary school students in Alborz province, Karaj, and the research was a combination (qualitative and quantitative). Comments and study of background literature were used. In the quantitative part, by quantifying data and information from Quantitatively simple and complex methods and quasi-experimental methods have been used in the implementation section. In the data collection tool section, a researcher-made questionnaire with appropriate validity and reliability has been used.
The results showed that the use of combined education based on UNESCO life skills and physical fitness had a positive effect on motivation of learning and interest of learners.
Results: The results also showed that effective communication between students, their interest in sports and having Healthy body has increased and the health of families has also been improved. Conclusion: In the objectives and content section, taking into account the needs of learners, use activities and integrated training based on UNESCO life skills and physical fitness, and take care of teacher training.
