نقش کمال‌گرایی و نگرش به خوردن در پیش‌بینی نگرانی تصویر بدنی دختران دانشجو

چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به فشارهای محیطی و اجتماعی امروز بروز اختلال در تصویر بدنی در دختران جوان رو به افزایش است.هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش کمال­گرایی و نگرش به خوردن در پیش بینی نگرانی تصویر بدنی در دختران دانشجو بود.
روش پژوهش: این تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود ،جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه  دانشجویان دانشگاه­های آزاد استان گلستان بودند که از این میان 500 نفر از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب و وارد پژوهش شدند. برای جمع­آوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه­های نگرانی تصویر بدنی لیتلتون (2005) و همکاران، کمال­گرایی اهواز (1378) و نسخه 26 سوالی پرسشنامه نگرش به خوردن کارنر و همکاران (1982) استفاده شد.جهت تحلیل داده ها از روش رگرسیون گا به گام استفاده شد.
یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد بین کمال گرایی و نگرانی تصویر بدنی ضریب همبستگی (332/0) وجود دارد که درسطح ( 01/0 > P ) معنی دار است و همینطور بین نگرش به تغذیه و نگرانی تصویر بدنی ضریب همبستگی ( 273/0 ) وجود دارد که در سطح ( 01/0 > P ) معنی دار است.  در تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیری گام به گام  متغیر کمال­گرایی و نگرش به تغذیه 14 درصد از نگرانی تصویر بدنی را تبیین کردند.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، یافته ها نقش کمال­گرایی و نگرش به تغذیه را در پیش بینی نگرانی تصویر بدنی تایید می­کنند که این امر می­تواند تبیین و سبب شناسی این متغیر را تسهیل کند.
