The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of avoidance. Experience and difficulty in emotion regulation were predictive of self-harm behaviors in borderline adolescents.Research method: This research was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was 60 teenagers who referred to the relaxation center affiliated with the police force located on Azadi Boulevard in Mashhad, in the second half of 2019, of which 52 were based on Morgan's table, by sampling in Available were selected. The research tools included standard self-harm questionnaires, acceptance and action questionnaires, and emotion regulation difficulty questionnaires. In order to analyze the data, Pearson's correlation and linear regression were used step by step.Results: The research results showed that experiential avoidance and difficulty in emotional regulation had a significant positive relationship with self-harm behaviors (P<0.05). Also, the results showed that experiential avoidance 0.45, lack of emotional awareness 0.22 and non-acceptance of emotional responses 0.41 predict self-harm behaviors.Conclusion: Considering the role of experiential avoidance and difficulty in emotion regulation in predicting self-harm behaviors, it seems necessary to implement educational workshops based on emotion regulation and experiential avoidance strategies.}, keywords = {Experimental Avoidance,Difficulty in Emotion Regulation,Self-Injury Behaviors,Boundary Adolescents}, title_fa = {پیش بینی رفتارهای آسیب به خود بر اساس اجتناب تجربی و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان در نوجوانان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: نوجوانان با بحران­های متفاوتی مواجه هستند و یکی از این بحران­ها عدم واکنش هیجانی صحیح به موقعیت­های و چالش­ها است که می­تواند منجر به بروز رفتارهای خودآسیب­رسان شود، هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش اجتناب تجربی و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان در پیش­بینی رفتارهای آسیب به خود در نوجوانان مرزی بود.روش پژوهش: این پژوهش به لحاظ روش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش60 نفر از نوجوان مراجعه­کننده به مرکز آرامش وابسته به نیروی انتظامی واقع در بلوار آزادی در شهر مشهد، در شش ماهه دوم سال 1399 بودند که از بین آنها تعداد 52 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان ، به شیوه نمونه­گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه­های استاندارد آسیب به خود، پرسشنامه پذیرش و عمل و پرسشنامه دشواری در تنظیم هیجان بود. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی به روش گام به گام استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد اجتناب تجربی و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان با رفتارهای آسیب به خود رابطه مثبت معنادار داشتند (05/0P<). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که اجتناب تجربی 45/0، فقدان آگاهی هیجانی 22/0 و عدم پذیرش پاسخ­های هیجانی 41/0از رفتارهای آسیب به خود را پیش­بینی می­کنند.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نقش اجتناب تجربی و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان در پیش­بینی رفتارهای آسیب به خود، اجرای کارگاه­های آموزشی بر مبنای راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان  و اجتناب تجربی ضروری به نظر می­رسد.}, keywords_fa = {اجتناب تجربی,دشواری در تنظیم هیجان,رفتارهای آسیب به خود,نوجوانان مرزی}, url = {https://journal.astara.ir/article_699787.html}, eprint = {https://journal.astara.ir/article_699787_9f8936a08f5017afdfab33fc732ce6e2.pdf} }
