پیش بینی ناگویی هیجانی در دانشجویان براساس صفات شخصیت و راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان

چکیده

مقدمه: پیوستار نشانگان ناگویی هیجانی در جمعیت­های غیر بالینی اعم از دانشجویان نیز مشاهده می­شود. دوره­های پراسترس تغییر مانند دانشگاه، فرد را با چالش­های هیجانی مختلفی روبه رو می­کند. در طول دانشگاه، داشتن مهارت‌های هیجانی الگوی ارتباطی کارآمد و مؤثری را برای زندگی دانشجویان رقم می‌زند و موجب می­شود با تقاضاهای تحصیلی سازگار شوند. هدف پژوهش حاضر پیش­بینی ناگویی هیجانی در دانشجویان براساس صفات شخصیت و راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان بود.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم تحقیقات آیت ا... آملی در سال 1396 به­تعداد 1150 نفر بود که از میان آن­ها 285 دانشجو به صورت نمونه‌گیری چندمرحله­ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه پنج عاملی نئو ساخته مک­ری و کاستا ۱۹۸۵؛ مقیاس ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو ساخته بگبی، پارکر و تیلور (1994) و پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان گارنسفکی، کرایج و اسپینهاون (2001) بود. تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی انجام شد.
یافته­ ها: ضریب رگرسیون بین راهبردهای منفی تنظیم شناختی هیجان و ناگویی هیجانی مثبت و در سطح 01/0 معنادار بود (01/0P<، 344/0=β). از بین ویژگی­های شخصیتی روان رنجورخویی (01/0P<، 278/0=β) به صورت مثبت و برون‌گرایی (01/0P<، 328/0-=β) به صورت منفی و در سطح معناداری 01/0 ناگویی هیجانی دانشجویان دختر را پیش‌بینی کرد.
نتیجه ­گیری: آموزش تنظیم هیجان در جهت مقابله با رویدادهای محیطی و تعدیل تظاهرات شخصیتی در افراد دچار ناگویی هیجانی پیشنهاد می­شود.

Introduction: Continuity of alexithymia is also observed in non-clinical populations including students. The person is confronted with various emotional challenges in the stressful courses of change, such as university. Throughout college, having emotional skills sets an efficient and effective communication model for students' lives and makes them adapt to their academic requirements. The purpose of this study was the prediction of alexithymia in students based on personality traits and cognitive emotion regulation strategies.
Method: The research method was descriptive-correlation and the statistical population of the study consisted of all female students of Islamic Azad University, Ayatollah Amoli Science and Research Branch in 2016-2017 in 1150 individuals, among which 285 students were selected by multi-stage sampling. The study tools included NEO-Five Factor Inventory by McCrae & Costa 1985; Toronto Alexithymia Scale by Bagby, Parker & Taylor and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire by Garnefski, Kraaij & Spinhoven. Data analysis was performed using hierarchical regression analysis.
Results: The regression coefficient between negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies and alexithymia was positive and at the level of 0.01 was significant (P<0.01, β=0.344). Among the personality traits neuroticism (P<0.01, β=0.278) positively and extraversion (P<0.01, β=-0.328) negatively and at the level of 0.01 predicted alexithymia in female students.
Conclusion: Emotion regulation training is recommended for coping with environmental events and modifying personality manifestations in people with alexithymia symptoms.
