The purpose of this study was to predicting marital satisfaction on based to sexual efficacy & early maladaptive schemas in 30-50 years married women.Method: The research method was descriptive and correlation design. The statistical population consists of all Married Women (30-50 years) located in Tehran City in 1400. One hundred women by convenience sampling selected. The research tools included questionnaires of Vaziri & lotfi Sexual self-efficacy scale, yang & brown early maladaptive schemas test & inrich marital satisfaction. The statistical method of the study was Hierarchical multivariate regression.Results: The findings show that the relationship between Sexual self-efficacy and marital satisfaction was examined in the first hypothesis. The results indicated that Sexual self-efficacy can predict marital satisfaction in married women (%26/7). The relationship between early maladaptive schemas and marital satisfaction was examined in the second hypothesis. The results indicated that early maladaptive schemas level can predict marital satisfaction in married women. This study revealed that there is a significant relationship between women Sexual self-efficacy with their early maladaptive schemas and marital satisfaction (%55/8). Conciusion: As the results indicated, growth and promotion of the Sexual self-efficacy can be considered as methods for improving patient’s early maladaptive schemas. This can be promoted and revolted through a rich Sexual self-efficacy environment and leads to better performance in the life.}, keywords = {early maladaptive schemas,Marital Satisfaction,Married women,sexual self-efficacy}, title_fa = {پیش بینی رضایت زناشویی بر اساس خودکارآمدی جنسی و طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه در زنان متاهل}, abstract_fa = {چکیدهمقدمه: یکی از مشکلات عمده در زنان متاهل خودکارآمدی جنسی پایین و وجود طرحوارهای ناسازگار اولیه است که بر میزان رضایت زناشویی آنها تاثیر دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی رضایت زناشویی بر اساس خودکارآمدی جنسی و طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه در زنان متاهل به اجرا در آمد.روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش عبار است از کلیه زنان سنین   30-50 ساله متاهل ساکن در منطقه 4 تهران که تعداد 100 نفر از زنان متاهل با روش نمونه گیری از نوع در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی اینریچ، پرسشنامه طرحواره یانگ و پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی جنسی بودند و جهت تحلیل آماری داده ها ضمن رعایت مفروضه­های آزمون آماری از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی استفاده شد.یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که متغیر خودکارآمدی جنسی 7/26 درصد از واریانس رضایت زناشویی را به صورت مثبت و معنادار در زنان متاهل تبیین می­‌کند (01/0 p<، 278/0=β)و با اضافه شدن متغیر طرحواره­های ناسازگار اولیه به متغیر خودکارآمدی جنسی، 8/55 درصد از واریانس رضایت زناشویی را در زنان تبیین و پیش بینی می­­کند( 01/0 p<،  715/39= F) و بین این متغیرها رابطه متقابل برقرار است. لذامی­توان نتیجه­ گیری کرد که فرضیه های پژوهش تایید شد و خودکارآمدی جنسی و طرحواره­های ناسازگار اولیه، رضایت زناشویی را در زنان متاهل 30-50 ساله را پیش بینی می­­کند و در رضایت زناشویی نقش معناداری دارد.نتیجه ­گیری: با افزایش خودکارآمدی جنسی و کاهش طرحواره­ های اسازگار اولیه می­توان می توان رضایت زناشویی را در زنان متاهلی را افزایش داد و ایجاد محیط سرشار از خودکارآمدی با عملکرد بهتر در زندگی زناشویی رابطه دارد.}, keywords_fa = {خودکارآمدی جنسی,رضایت زناشویی,زنان متاهل,طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه}, url = {https://journal.astara.ir/article_697494.html}, eprint = {https://journal.astara.ir/article_697494_726700e69e72ed35f2b71e65dcaa579d.pdf} }
